SHIPPING POLICY
Port City Greens ships federally compliant THCA hemp flower under the 2018 Farm Bill (Total Δ9-THC below 0.3% by dry weight) via USPS Priority Mail and offers local same-day delivery within Wilmington, North Carolina.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
Every order is hand-packed and quality-checked at our Wilmington facility before shipment.

USPS NATIONWIDE SHIPPING
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Adult Signature Required at delivery. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days from ship date, not including processing time.
Shipping rates:
· USPS Priority Mail (Adult Signature): $8.00 flat
· Free shipping on orders $75.00 and above
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
A valid government ID showing 21+ is required at delivery. USPS will not release the package without an adult signature. If no one 21+ is available, USPS will leave a notice and attempt redelivery up to two more times before returning the package to us.

Due to state-level hemp regulations, we currently do not ship to:
· Idaho
· South Dakota
· Iowa
· Mississippi
· Kansas
· Hawaii
· U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
· APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Orders placed to these locations cannot be processed. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify hemp products are legal in their state before ordering.

LOCAL DELIVERY — WILMINGTON, NC
We offer same-day local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our Wilmington facility Wilmington, NC 28403).
Local delivery rates:
· Free local delivery on orders $40.00 and above
· $5.00 delivery fee on orders under $40.00
Delivery timing:
· Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day, between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM
· Orders placed after 2:00 PM are delivered the next day, between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM
A valid government ID showing 21+ is required at the door. If no one 21+ is available to accept the delivery, the order will be returned to our facility. A second delivery attempt incurs a $5.00 fee. After two failed attempts, the order is canceled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, hotels, motels, or addresses without an adult resident.

LOCAL PICKUP
Pickup by appointment is available for local customers. The pickup address is provided in your order confirmation email once your order is verified. A valid government ID showing 21+ is required at pickup.
Pickup is free.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally. All orders must be placed for delivery within the United States, excluding the restricted states and territories listed above.

PACKAGING & DISCRETION
All orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents. Return labels reference "Port City Greens LLC" as the sender. The interior packaging is brand-marked.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
· Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
· Lost in transit: If USPS tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us. We'll either replace the order or issue a refund once the loss is confirmed by USPS.
· Stolen after delivery: Once USPS marks a package "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the buyer. File a claim with USPS at usps.com/help/claims. We will assist with documentation where possible but cannot replace packages confirmed as delivered.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone 21+ is available to receive the package.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses. Reshipping a package to a corrected address incurs an additional $8.00 shipping fee.
