How do I contact Port City Greens?

Email portcitygreens@gmail.com or text or call (443) 955-8284. Customer support is open Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM ET. We respond within 24 hours, usually much faster.

Where do you ship?

We ship from Wilmington, North Carolina to states where THCA hemp flower is legal under current state law. We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to states that ban or restrict THCA. If your state is restricted, we will cancel and refund your order.

How fast is shipping?

Local Wilmington delivery is free and same-day for orders placed before 6 PM. Nationwide shipping orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Priority shipping arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

How old do I have to be to order?

21 or older. We verify ID at the door for local delivery. Adult signature is required on every shipped order. No exceptions, no workarounds.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment methods depending on how you're buying:

Online orders (shipped or local): Major debit and credit cards through our hemp-compliant payment processor at checkout. ACH bank transfer available on request for orders over $100.

Local Wilmington delivery and pickup: Cash, debit/credit card (we bring a card reader to the door), and most digital payment methods accepted on a case-by-case basis. Just ask at checkout or message us before placing the order.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency: Accepted on request for any order. Message us before placing the order and we'll send payment instructions. Final amount is locked at the exchange rate when invoiced.

A note on third-party apps: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle prohibit hemp transactions in their terms of service. We may be able to work with these on a limited basis for specific situations — message us first. We will never ask you to disguise a hemp purchase as something else.

Is THCA flower legal?

Yes, under the 2018 Farm Bill. All Port City Greens products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3 percent Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Federal law is ongoing and we will communicate any changes to our customers as the situation develops. State laws vary, which is why we only ship where it is legal.

Will THCA show up on a drug test?

Yes. THCA converts to Delta-9 THC when heated, which is what drug tests detect. If you are subject to drug testing for employment, athletics, probation, or any other reason, do not consume our products.

Can I see lab results before I order?

Yes. Every batch we stock has a third-party Certificate of Analysis from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory verifying cannabinoid potency (Δ9-THC, THCa, total THC, CBD, CBG, CBN) and federal compliance under the 2018 Farm Bill. Email portcitygreens@gmail.com with the strain name and we will send the COA. A printed copy of the COA is also included in every shipped order.

How is my order packaged?

All flower ships in a multi-layer protective package designed for freshness, discretion, and tamper resistance. Depending on the product and weight, your flower may arrive in a glass jar, plastic container, glass bottle, or resealable pouch — every primary container is resealable so you can store your product properly after opening. Each order is then sealed inside a press-to-seal zip bag, vacuum-sealed or heat-sealed for additional smell-proof protection, and finally packed in a discreet opaque mailer with no exterior branding indicating the contents. Every order receives extra bagging for safety, smell containment, and discretion — no exceptions. Each package includes the strain name, batch number, weight, and 21+ warning labels, plus a printed copy of the third-party lab Certificate of Analysis. Adult signature 21+ may be required at delivery.

How should I store my flower?

Once opened, store flower in the press-to-seal zip bag in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Local delivery orders can be canceled before the driver leaves. Shipping orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Email portcitygreens@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of hemp flower as a consumable product, all sales are final once the package is opened. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact portcitygreens@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will help you resolve the issue with the carrier. Contact portcitygreens@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

Do I need a medical card?

No. THCA hemp flower is sold under the federal 2018 Farm Bill and does not require a medical card. You only need to be 21 or older.
